Cancellation Policy

At Seed of Life Wellness Centre, every appointment is reserved especially for you. This dedicated time allows me to prepare for your healing session and ensure I can provide you with the highest level of care, presence and attention.

Booking Deposit

A $50 booking deposit is required to secure all healing appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • More than 24 hours' notice: Your $50 deposit can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded if preferred.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (No Show): Your booking deposit will be forfeited. Future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.

If you become unexpectedly unwell or experience a genuine emergency on the day of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.

Prepaid Appointments

Prepaid appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, however they are not refundable.

Workshops

Workshop deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and provide at least two weeks' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future workshop at my discretion.

My intention is to create a safe, supportive and nurturing space for every client. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and your understanding of this policy allows me to honour both your healing journey and the time set aside for others seeking support.
